Books
During the early stages of grief your brain is under immense pressure to try and make sense of the circumstances you find yourself in. It is not unusual during this time to experience confusion, brain fog, fatigue, and the inability to concentrate. For this reason, you may find books are not a suitable resource for you just yet and that is OK.
When you are ready, you may find you can only cope with a few pages at a time, or conversely you may discover an insatiable need to devour it all in one setting. Many books are now available on platforms like Audible if listening is a less overwhelming practice at this time.
